“中文语言培训班”项目情况简介
一、 项目基本情况
受中华人民共和国商务部委托，北京华文学院将于2008年8月20日至12月17日在北京举办“中文语言培训班”。培训班工作语言为英语或汉语。本次培训的主要内容是：汉语拼音及语音训练、汉语日常用语学习和基本语法讲解、汉语日常用语会话训练、汉语听力理解训练、汉字书写及简单短文写作。培训班将邀请国务院侨务办公室、国家汉语国际推广领导小组办公室资深的官员和专家教授为学员授课。培训班的教学活动包括授课、讨论、辅导、交流和参观等活动，课堂教学以培养学员汉语交际能力为目标，以学员为中心，精讲多练。听说训练、文化课采用多媒体教学方式，生动形象。通过学习使每位学员了解和掌握汉语语言的基础知识，基本能够运用汉语进行听、说、读、写，以达到使用汉语进行基本交流之目的。
此次培训班的招生对象为发展中国家政府部门和民间组织的官员或业务骨干。每个国家预计招生1－2人。培训班举办时间为秋、冬两季，北京气温估计在-5℃——32℃之间。
二、承办单位基本情况
北京华文学院始建于1950年，是中国一所专门从事华文教育的高等院校。学院为国际友人和海外华人学习中国语言提供条件，为促进中外文化交流和友好往来服务。
学院拥有一支热爱华文教育事业，熟悉华裔及外国学生学习特点，具有丰富教学经验的教师队伍。建院至今，有74个国家和地区的6万余名学生来我院学习，4000余名海外华文教育界人士来我院进行学术交流和合作。
学院备有语言实验室、多媒体教室，藏有丰富的影像资料。图书馆、阅览室、有丰富的书籍报刊供师生借阅，学习环境好。学生公寓楼生活、文体设施完善，在对外国留学生学习、生活管理和对外培训交流合作中积累了较为丰富的经验。
近年来，我学院成功地承办了商务部2006年、2007年发展中国家中文语言培训班和2007年非洲国家教育部门官员研修班，受到了各国学员的一致好评。

Introduction of Training Course on Chinese Language
1. General information
Entrusted by Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, Beijing Chinese Language and Culture College will hold the Training Course on Chinese Language from August 20th to December 17th，2008 in Beijing. English or Chinese are used as working language of this program .The main focus of this program includes: The Chinese Pinyin (pronunciation) with practice, Daily use expressions; explanation of and practice on the basic grammar rules, Training of everyday conversations, Training of listening comprehension, Strokes of characters and simple essay writing, etc.. Senior official, and expert and professor from Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council and the office of Chinese language council international will be invited to give the lectures mentioned above. Our goal is to enable the students to gain the basic knowledge of the Chinese Language, to acquire the ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese, and to communicate each other in Chinese.
This program is designed for the participants who are officials and backbone persons of governmental department and nongovernmental organization from developing countries and the expected enrolment number is 1-2 persons from each country.
The program will be held though autumn and winter seasons of Beijing, temperature ranges from -5----32℃ during the program.
2. Introduction to BCLCC
Beijing Chinese Language and Culture College was founded in 1950. It is the College in China which is specialized in the education of the Chinese language and the Chinese culture. The purpose of the foundation of the College is to provide a favorable learning environment for overseas Chinese, citizens of Macao and Hong Kong, and international students, and to provide service for cultural exchange and visits.
The College has a team of dedicated teachers, who are familiar with the learning style of overseas Chinese and international students. So far, there are more than 60,000 students from 74 countries or regions who have studied here and over 4,000 experts and administrators in this field who have come here for academic communication and cooperation.
We have language labs, multimedia classrooms, library, and reading rooms, offering a rich assortment of materials and a pleasant study environment. The apartment buildings are equipped with all the necessary facilities to make your stay here convenient and enjoyable. We have rich experiences in the management of the study and living of students, and in the organization of training and cultural exchange activities.
In recent years, Beijing Chinese Language and Culture College has successfully held the Training Course on Chinese Language for Developing Countries in 2006, 2007 and the Official Seminar of Educational Department on Chinese Language for African Countries in 2007 sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce that all gained favorable comment from the participants in different countries.
