“太阳能应用技术培训班”项目情况简介
一、项目基本情况
受中华人民共和国商务部委托，甘肃省科学院自然能源研究所将于2008年6月3日至8月1日在甘肃兰州举办“太阳能应用技术培训班”，培训语言为英语。培训内容系统地涵盖了中国目前先进、实用、适用的太阳能应用技术和部分理论基础。具体课程有：中国国情，中国太阳能技术现状与前景，太阳辐射，太阳能集热器及热水系统，光伏发电应用技术，太阳灶技术，太阳房技术，太阳能干燥技术以及热管技术在太阳能方面的应用等等。培训班的主讲教师均为我所有长期从事太阳能技术领域研究工作经验和扎实理论基础的专家，大部分教员可直接用英语授课，具有多年参加国际培训授课的经验。该培训班采取课堂教学与实地考察相结合的方式，培训班期间，将安排学员赴甘肃省境内等地参观和考察太阳能相关企业和具体实施范例，了解太阳能技术的推广应用情况和相关的太阳能产品市场。此次培训班招生对象为发展中国家和地区太阳能等可再生能源领域的管理人员和中高级太阳能技术人员，每国1至2人。培训班举办期间为夏季，甘肃兰州等地的气温估计在18℃－30℃之间。
二、承办单位基本情况
甘肃省科学院自然能源研究所建于1978年，主要从事太阳能、农村能源和节能应用技术研究。已开展太阳灶、太阳能热水器、太阳能干燥器、太阳能建筑、太阳能光电、太阳能材料、太阳能辐射资源、省柴节煤灶、节能器具及沼气方面的开发与研究，并拥有4个研究室、3个科研生产联合体和1个亚洲最大的“太阳能采暖与降温技术试验示范基地”。甘肃省科学院自然能源研究所积累30年的经验，掌握了很多适合于发展中国家实际情况的太阳能、农村能源和节能技术，愿与发展中国家同行交流和磋商。该所是中国从事太阳能和农村能源研究、开发、利用的最主要的科研机构之一，是“中国南南合作网”的主要成员单位。其“太阳能采暖与降温技术试验示范基地”在联合国的支持下拥有国际先进水平的仪器设备，培养了一批基础理论扎实、实践经验丰富的科技队伍。自“基地”建成以来，接待了大批国内外专家、学者、政府要员、90多个国家的驻华使节及各界人士。具备良好的培训与试验条件。
自1991年以来，甘肃省科学院自然能源研究所在中国政府和有关国际组织的大力支持下共举办国际太阳能应用技术培训班二十多期，为来自5大洲的96个发展中国家培训专业人才近700名；承办了数次国际新能源与可再生能源学术会议；承担了一些政府间国际合作项目和中国政府有关部门委托的许多项目。
该所现已成为联合国工业发展组织属下的“国际太阳能技术促进转让中心”，该中心将致力于促进和转化中国乃至全球成熟、实用、先进的太阳能等可再生能源技术，为人类生态环境的保护和能源建设及可持续发展作出贡献。

Introduction of the Training Course on Solar Energy Application
Ⅰ. General information
Entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, Training Course on Solar Energy Application will be held in Lanzhou, Gansu from June 3 to August 1 of 2008 by Gansu Natural Energy Research Institute (GNERI). English is used as working language of this program. The training content has systematically covered the Chinese present advanced, practical and applicable solar technology and the related theories. The curriculum includes: the Chinese national conditions, the present status and prospect of Chinese solar energy technology, the solar radiation, the solar collector and the solar water heating system, the photovoltaic application technology, the solar cooker technology, the solar building technology, the solar drying technology as well as the application of heat pipe technology in solar energy field and the other related topics. The lecturers during the training class all have been engaged in the research work of solar energy technology field for a long time and have accumulated numerous experiences; and most professors can teach directly with English. The course will both include the class teaching, learning and field visits so that the participants can have much better understanding of what they have learnt in the class. During the training course, the participants will be arranged to visit solar energy enterprises, the concrete implementation model, so as to understanding the research, development and application of solar energy technology in China as well as the solar products market.
Participants will be the technical and managerial officer of solar energy area from developing countries. A country report on solar energy development is required for exchange during the training course.
The training course will be held in summer, the temperature of Lanzhou, Gansu ranges from 18℃ to 30℃.
Ⅱ. Introduction to GNERI
Gansu Natural Energy Research Institute (GNERI) was founded in 1978, providing research on applied solar technique, rural energy and energy saving technique, including the research & development on solar cooker, solar water heater, solar drying, solar passive house, photovoltaic system, solar material, solar radiation, energy saving firewood stove, etc. In a common effort to research activities and international exchange, GNERI has mastered various new techniques in solar energy and energy conservation, which is more suitable to developing countries. In recent years, GNERI has been dedicating herself to the above mentioned research works, applying cooperation with United Nations and conducting national programs. Since 1991, GNERI has successfully held more than 20 International Solar Energy Application Training Workshop, nearly 700 solar energy technical personnel and officials from 96 developing countries participated in the workshop.
Now GNERI has become UNIDO International Solar Energy Center for Technology Pomotion and Transfer, which is mainly engaged in transferring matured, practical and advanced solar energy application technology of China and the whole globe and makes great contributions to the ecological protection, energy construction as well as sustainable development and so on.
