“棉纺技术培训班”项目情况简介
一、 项目基本情况
受中华人民共和国商务部委托，山西天利经济合作交流中心（有限公司）将于2008年5月12日至7月10日在山西省太原市举办“棉纺技术培训班”，培训语言为英语。
培训课程主要包括：中国国情与改革开放成就、纺织材料学；棉纺技术；新型纺纱棉纺织厂设计；机织概论；中国纺织业发展前沿动态及其相关专题。培训采用教学与实验相结合的方式，培训期间，将安排学员赴太原地区附近---晋中榆次区，实地考察参观我国一些纺纱生产及纺机生产企业，并安排一定的生产实习任务。在太原理工大学轻纺工程与美术学院，完成纺织材料学课程的实验教学任务等。通过系统的棉纺织技术主干课程的学习和实践，使学员具有基本的职业素质，掌握一定的专业理论知识和专业实践技能。具有从事棉纺织生产、工艺设计和生产管理等方面的基本能力。通过教学、参观、交流，促进中国与非洲各国在棉纺织技术方面的国际合作与交流，增强中非之间及与世界各国之间纺织类产品的国际贸易。培训班招收对象为非洲等地区国家的纺织专业行政管理、研究、教育和技术推广等机构的行业管理和专业技术人员，每国1至2人。
山西省位于中国华北地区，太原市位于山西省中心地带。太原市的气候干燥，春夏秋冬四季分明，年降水量400-600毫米，雨水主要集中在夏季。培训班全程跨越春、夏两季，春季（3月～5月）平均气温9℃～20℃；夏季（6月～8月）平均气温22℃～32℃，气温高、湿度大。早晚温差变化较大。
二、承办单位基本情况
山西省天利经济合作交流中心（有限公司）成立于2002年4月，公司于2007年3月12日至2007年4月21日成功承办了“纺织服装技术培训班”。太原理工大学是我司的长期合作单位之一，双方共同圆满完成了许多项目，这也为此次培训打下坚实的基础。轻纺工程与美术学院是太原理工大学的直属学院。学院有教师181名，其中教授、副教授等高级专业技术人员58名。参加此次援外培训授课的讲师在棉纺技术领域有着资深的学术背景，长期从事纺织材料与纺织产品开发研究及纺织教育工作。同时，该学院有纺织材料、织物设计、纺织品CAD、环境艺术工作室、机电控制、功能纤维试验中心等实验室等实训场所30余个，为非洲学员实验、参观提供了良好的条件，并为科研开发创造了良好条件。此外，纺院每年都会招收非洲国家的留学生来此学习，并开展学术交流，聘请外国专家来院讲学，有力的推动了学院的教学、科研工作。
在上期培训的评估调查中，学员对教学内容、课程设置、授课教师以及公司管理等方面都非常满意，尤其在棉纺技术与纺织服装等相关专业领域的授课理念与教学质量上得到非洲学员的一致好评，纷纷表示希望有更多这样的学习机会。在上期课程的结业式上上级相关部门领导对于我司的办班能力还给予大力支持与认可。通过07年援外培训我司与纺校的成功合作，不仅圆满完成了对外技术援助的政治任务，为非洲国家的棉纺技术做出了贡献，而且加强并开拓了国际经贸合作，加深了我国与非洲国家人民的友谊。我省已经先后承办过30多个培训班，但作为棉纺技术类的培训还尚属首次，相信我国在棉纺技术领域所取得的相关成就会吸引非洲各国学员的参加。此外，作为此次培训的承办单位，我们将认真总结经验，完善管理体制，力争将这次培训办得更好。

Introduction to Training Course on Cotton Spinning Technology
1. General Information About the Training Course
Entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People＇s Republic of China ,Shanxi Tianli Economic Cooperation Exchange Center (CO,.Ltd) will hold the “Training Course on Cotton Spinning ” from May 12th to July 10th ,2008 in Taiyuan , Shanxi Province , P.R. China. The working language is English .
The training course will include The Achievements of China’s Opening-up and Reform , The Development Experiences of China’s Cotton Spinning , Textile Material, Cotton Spinning , New type design of spinning establishment , Woven Conspectus and some related subjects. Besides , the training course will take the mode of combine of theory and experimentation . The participants will be organized to visit the spinning and textile manufacture enterprises to get practical experiences and exchange ideas with experts. And they will take the experiment of Spinning materials in College of Light & Textile Engineering & Art, which is located in Jinzhong next to Taiyuan city. Through the systemic learning and practice of this training ,the participants will gain the basic professional making and improve their abilities on cotton spinning technology, Art & Crafts design and production management. The training course, will strengthen the friendship and cooperation between China and Africa countries. It will also promote the Cotton spinning technology in their countries and enhance the international trade in the filed of textile market between China , Africa and all of the world .The participants for enrollment will be in the filed of cotton spinning for administration management, research, education, technology generalizing and related organization officials and technicians from Africa countries.
Shanxi province is located in the north of China. Taiyuan city lies in the central area of Shanxi. It is dry in the whole year, with clear character of the four seasons. The annual precipitation is from 400-600mm,which is concentrated in summer. The Training will go through spring and summer in Taiyuan. In spring (March ~ May),the average temperature is 9~20℃; In summer(June ~ August ) , the average temperature is 22~32℃;it is hot and humid. There is a great variety in temperature between day and night.
2. About the Organizer
Shanxi Tianli Economic Cooperation Exchange Center (Co., Ltd) is formally set up in April ,2002. we have undertaken the “Training Course on Spinning and Clothing Technology ”from 12th Mar. to 20th in 2007 successfully. Taiyuan University of Technology is one of the long-term cooperation partners of our Co., for having complete many projects successfully together and there will be a firm foundation and much more confidence for the training in this time. College of Light & Textile & Engineering & Art, is the college directly under Taiyuan University of Technology. At present, there are 181 teachers, including 58 professors and associate professors. All of the professors who will participate in this training and teaching have senior academic background. They have been working in the Research & Development of spinning materials and textile products, and also in the profession of education for many years. At the same time, the college has more than 30 laboratories for experiment and training as follows: Textile Mate, Knitting Design, Textile CAD…which will supply good environment for the participants to take experiment and scientific research . Furthermore, the college also recruit students abroad from the Africa countries every year for better learning and developing the academic exchanges, and some foreign experts are invited to give lectures in the college, all of which efforts promote the undergraduate teaching work greatly.
Through the evaluation and investigating of the last training, all the participates show that they were very satisfied with the teaching contents, courses setup, the teachers and the management of our Co., they also hoped to have more chances to take part in this kind of training in future. We also get reputably feedback from the participates especially on learning mode and teaching quality in the related subjects of Spinning Technology. On the Closing Ceremony of the training, we got great support and admiration from the higher-up leaders. Through the successful cooperation between our company and the college during the last training in 2007. The company always considers “ Let Cotton Spinning Technology make greater contribution to the people all of the Africa countries” as her mission and willing to develop cooperation with worldwide countries to extend cotton spinning and other technologies for further friendship between China and Africa. Shanxi province has undertaken more than 30 courses during recently years, but this is the first time to hold a training of Textile. We believe that the Africa participates would like to seize the chance to learn in China for we own great achievements and advanced technology in the field of Cotton Spinning Technology. Furthermore, as the undertaker of this training in 2008, we will summarize the experiences earnestly and consummate the management system in order to conducting the training much more successfully.
