“抽纱钩织技术培训班”项目情况简介
一、项目基本情况
受中华人民共和国商务部的委托，湖南省中轻经济技术开发有限公司将于2008年7月26日至10月23日在中国湖南省长沙市承办“抽纱钩织技术培训班”，为期90天，培训班工作语言为英语。本次培训班的主要内容是：抽纱钩织的基础理论知识；抽纱钩织工器具的性能、使用和保养；抽纱平针、柳针、打籽针、钉针、托底针、对丝针、干扒丝、行目、通目、菠萝目针、老大藤针、鳝鱼骨针、刁绞（内锁、外锁）、扭空、掏眼、扭鼻等16种针法和钩织长针、短针、平针、反针、渔网、方块格、枣子、狗牙、斧头立等9种以上针法；抽纱钩织图案设计、刻板、印花、和裁剪、漂洗、成型、整烫、污渍处理等全套制作工艺技术。在培训期间要求学员学习制作枕套、台布、抽纱垫盘、披巾、手提袋、钱包、拖鞋等16种以上不同款式的作品。培训班将由公司副总经理、国家工艺美术大师王小辉女士、工艺美术师阎瑛女士等具有丰富实践经验和国内外培训经验的专家授课,采取理论与实践相结合，以实践操作为主，边教课、边示范、边练习、边制作，讨论交流，解答问题，综合考核，实地考察等授课方式。培训期间将安排学员参观湘绣博物馆、长沙市望城县和星沙经济开发区抽纱钩织生产基地。此外为了使学员更好的掌握抽纱钩织技术，我们还将组织学员赴广州市抽纱钩织基地进行考察，通过观摩、座谈等形式与业内专家进行交流与探讨。通过此次培训，将加强与发展中国家的友好往来，扩大抽纱钩织技术合作。此次培训的招生对象为发展中国家相关部门的主管人员、技术人员、教师和有兴趣在此行业发展的其他人员，每国1至2人。7－10月培训期间，长沙市气温一般在19－38℃之间， 7、8月为湖南最炎热的两个月，最高气温约38℃，10月转凉最低气温约14℃。培训期间除外出参观考察外，学员都在有中央空调的室内操作和食宿。请注意这些气候和特点，在来华前准备好应季服装和生活用品。
二、湖南省中轻经济技术开发有限公司简介
湖南省中轻经济技术开发有限公司是在原湖南省轻工业厅外经办公室、湖南华轻国际经济技术合作公司的基础上改制成立的股份公司，于1999年在湖南省工商行政管理局登记注册成立。公司成立十年来在国家和湖南省相关部门的业务指导和支持下，发挥轻工行业的优势，努力开拓国内外市场，先后承担了阿尔及利亚盖尔玛陶瓷厂、越南海阳陶瓷厂改建项目工程，项目总投资达8600万元。同时在科特迪瓦、突尼斯、几内亚、几内亚比绍、马里、布隆迪、埃塞俄比亚、圭亚那、哥伦比亚等10多个国家实施了刺绣、竹藤草编、首饰、服装、抽纱钩织等援外培训项目，培训了当地各类技术骨干600多人。
从2006年开始，受中华人民共和国商务部的委托，我公司先后成功承办了“2006发展中国家刺绣技术培训班（英语）”、“2007发展中国家抽纱钩织技术培训班（英语）”、“2007非洲国家刺绣技术培训班（法语）”。为36个国家培训了80名学员，圆满地完成了商务部交办的各项任务，积累了较为丰富的培训教学和外事接待及管理经验，为促进世界轻工业的发展作出了贡献，加深了我国与发展中国家人民的友谊。

Introduction of "International Training Course on Handmade Drawnwork & Knitting Techniques "
1. Fundamental state of the program
“2008 International Training Course on Handmade Drawnwork & Knitting Techniques” is to be held by Hunan Zhongqing Economic & Technical Development Co. Ltd，entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China. The duration of the training course is 90 days from July 26th ~ October 23rd, 2008. The training language will be English. The training contents include the fundamental theoretical knowledge of drawnwork and knitting techniques; drawnwork design, cutting and printing, the function and maintenance of tools and machines; 16 types of drawnwork stitching techniques including straight embroidery stitch, twisted stitch, stapled stitch, twisted eye-holing stitch & melon seed shaped eye-holing stitch, cutwork, round stitch, bulging stitch, 4-yarn drawn-off eye-holing stitch, 6-yarn drawn-off eye-holing stitch, rattan shaped drawn-off eye-holing stitch, eel-bone shaped drawn-off eye-holing, Tong drawn-off eye-holing stitch, pineapple shaped drawn-off eye-holing stitch, (internal and external drawn-off eye-holing); over 9 types of knitting techniques including base knitting, mid-long and long knitting, short knitting, fishing net-like knitting, block-like knitting, overlong knitting, Chinese date-like knitting, dog-tooth like knitting, wick-like knitting, upright axe-like knitting; the whole process of the making of a product including pattern design, tailoring, cutting, shaping, arranging and ironing, removing stains on products. During the training course, every trainee is required to make more than 16 different products, such as pillowcases, table cloth, drawnwork mats and cushions, shawls, handbags, purses, sleepers and so on. The trainees will be instructed by Ms. Wang Xiaohui, senior national industrial artist and the Deputy Manager of Hunan Zhongqing Economic & Technical Development Co. Ltd, and Ms. Zhu Yueling, an experienced embroidery technologist as well as other experts in the relevant field who are experienced in the instruction of the training course both at home and abroad. This course combines theory with practice. That is to say, lecturing goes along with the instructor’s demonstration and the trainee’s practice, special lectures, visits, discussion and reports. During the training, the trainees will be arranged to visit the Hunan Embroidery Museum and Hunan drawnwork bases in Wangcheng County and Xingsha Economic Development Zone etc. Furthermore, in order to better gain drawnwork and knitting techniques, they will also be arranged to visit Guangdong drawnwork bases in Guangzhou City, through which they will have deep discussions and exchanges with the insiders and thus enjoy a rewarding field visit. Interactions with the developing countries and cooperation in the drawnwork and knitting techniques will be strengthened through this training course, and meanwhile, we hope that when you have accomplished your training and returned to your country, what you have learned in theory and in practice will promote the drawnwork and knitting industry in your country. This training course is open to the executive officers, technicians and teachers in the training department of the developing countries or anyone who is interested in the field with 1-2 people from each country. The training center is located in Changsha City, where the temperature during the training course is around 19℃- 38 ℃ from July to October, through July and August, the hottest seasons in a year at the highest temperature of 38 ℃, and October at the lowest temperature of 14℃, therefore, you are kindly requested to take into account the weather of Changsha City when you do your packing. To make your life in Changsha more comfortable, all the training course and accommodation will be arranged in the central air-conditioned room except during the field visits.
2. Introduction of Hunan Zhongqing Economic & Technical Development Co. Ltd
Founded last decade, Hunan Zhongqing Economic & Technical Development Co. Ltd, a joint stock company, was established on the basis of the previous Department of International Trade of Hunan Light Industry, Hunan Huaqing International Economic & Technical Cooperation Corporation, both of which were reformed and restructured. It was registered in Hunan Administration Bureau for Industry & Commerce in 1999.With the guide and support from the Central Government and the relevant departments in Hunan along with its own advantages in the peer industry, it has been making consistent efforts to broaden the market both at home and abroad, and has undertaken successively the construction and reconstruction with a total investment of 86 million RMB Yuan of porcelain and ceramics factory in Gharma, Algeria and Hai Duong, Vietnam. Sessions of training course on embroidery, bamboo rattan and grass plait, jewelry, clothing, drawn work and knitting, leather, carving etc, have been successfully implemented in over 10 different countries, such as Tunisia, Mali, and Burundi, Cote d'ivoire, Nepal, Guyana, Zimbabwe, Columbia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ethiopia etc.. Over 600 technicians in various fields have been trained.
Since 2006, entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, the company has successfully held “2006 International Training Course on Machine Embroidery for the Developing Countries” ( in English) , “2007 International Training Course on Handmade Drawnwork & Knitting Techniques for the Developing Countries” (in English), and “2007 International Training Course on Machine Embroidery for African Countries” (in French). 80 trainees from 36 countries have been trained. Therefore, Hunan Zhongqing Economic & Technical Development Co. Ltd has accumulated ample training and management experience and made great contributions to the development of light industry all over the world and tied the bond between China and the developing countries.
